DoorSuper

SMS terms

Effective October 28, 2026.

DoorSuper sends texts on behalf of landlords who use it. Each text comes from the landlord's DoorSuper number and names the landlord's business.

Who gets texts

A landlord's tenants, applicants and vendors, sent on the landlord's behalf.

  • Applicants opt in by ticking the box on the landlord's application form. It's optional and starts unticked.
  • Tenants: when a landlord sets up DoorSuper, they confirm their lease or sign-up covers texting their tenants. A tenant's first text from DoorSuper is a welcome that says how to stop.
  • Anyone who texts a landlord's DoorSuper number gets replies to their texts.

What the texts are about

  • Repairs and visit times.
  • Rent-due reminders.
  • Application status.
  • Replies to texts you send.

No marketing.
